Diese Website liegt bei Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Wenn du die Seite aufrufst, verarbeitet Vercel technisch nötige Daten wie deine IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, die aufgerufene Seite und deinen Browser (Server-Logfiles). Das ist nötig, damit die Seite sicher ausgeliefert wird (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Vercel nimmt am EU-US Data Privacy Framework teil.

3. Besucherstatistik (PostHog)

Damit ich sehe, wie viele Menschen die Seite besuchen und was sie sich ansehen, nutze ich PostHog (PostHog Inc., USA) mit Servern in Frankfurt (EU). PostHog läuft hier ohne Cookies und speichert nichts auf deinem Gerät: Statt eines Cookies wird aus deiner IP-Adresse eine anonyme Kennung (Hash) gebildet, danach wird die IP-Adresse entfernt. Erfasst werden zum Beispiel aufgerufene Seiten, Klicks, Browser, Gerätetyp und die Seite, von der du kommst. Sitzungsaufzeichnungen sind ausgeschaltet. Sendet dein Browser „Do Not Track“, wird nichts erfasst. Rechtsgrundlage ist mein berechtigtes Interesse an einer anonymen Reichweitenmessung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

4. Sprache merken

Wenn du eine Sprache wählst, merkt sich dein Browser diese Wahl (localStorage), damit die Seite beim nächsten Besuch in deiner Sprache startet. Die Angabe bleibt auf deinem Gerät und wird nicht an mich gesendet; du kannst sie jederzeit in deinem Browser löschen (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG). Cookies setzt diese Website nicht.

5. Schriften und Skripte

Schriften und Skripte liegen auf dem Server dieser Website. Beim Aufruf werden keine Daten an Google oder andere Anbieter übertragen, außer an Vercel und PostHog wie oben beschrieben.

6. Kontakt per E-Mail

Wenn du mir schreibst, nutze ich deine Angaben nur, um dir zu antworten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und f DSGVO). Meine E-Mails liegen bei Apple iCloud (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Cork, Irland). Ich lösche deine Nachricht, wenn sie erledigt ist und keine gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflicht besteht.

7. Links zu sozialen Netzwerken

Die Seite verlinkt auf Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn und GitHub. Das sind nur Links, keine eingebetteten Inhalte: Erst wenn du darauf klickst, öffnet sich die Seite des Anbieters, und dann gilt dessen Datenschutzerklärung.

8. Deine Rechte

Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung und Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 15–20 DSGVO) und kannst der Verarbeitung widersprechen (Art. 21 DSGVO). Außerdem kannst du dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren, zum Beispiel beim Hamburgischen Beauftragten für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open the site, Vercel processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, the date and time, the page you open and your browser (server log files). This is needed to deliver the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

3. Visitor statistics (PostHog)

To see how many people visit the site and what they look at, I use PostHog (PostHog Inc., USA) with servers in Frankfurt (EU). PostHog runs here without cookies and stores nothing on your device: instead of a cookie, an anonymous ID (hash) is made from your IP address, and then the IP address is removed. It records things like the pages you open, clicks, your browser, your device type and the site you came from. Session recording is turned off. If your browser sends “Do Not Track”, nothing is recorded. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in anonymous visitor statistics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Remembering your language

When you choose a language, your browser remembers it (localStorage), so the site opens in your language next time. This stays on your device and is not sent to me; you can delete it in your browser at any time (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). This website sets no cookies.

5. Fonts and scripts

Fonts and scripts are stored on this website’s own server. Opening the site sends no data to Google or other providers, except to Vercel and PostHog as described above.

6. Contact by email

If you email me, I only use your details to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). My emails are stored with Apple iCloud (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Cork, Ireland). I delete your message once it is done and there is no legal duty to keep it.

7. Links to social networks

The site links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and GitHub. These are only links, not embedded content: the provider’s site opens only when you click, and then its privacy policy applies.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability (Art. 15–20 GDPR), and you can object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). Just write to hello@cikojaja.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
